Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced HR Plans and Programs Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our HR plans and programs. This full-time role requires at least 1–2 years in HR supervisory or managerial positions, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and proficiency with HRIS and data analysis tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar HR supervisory or managerial role.
Experience building and running HR plans, employee programs, or corporate events from scratch.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and people skills to work with stakeholders, vendors, and staff at all levels.
In-depth understanding of HR principles, local employment legislation, and best practices.
Comfortable using HR software (HRIS) and data analysis tools to track program success.

Responsibilities

Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of HR plans and programs.
Plan and coordinate team building, onboarding, recognition events, and training programs as high-impact productions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure events and programs run smoothly.
