Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced HR Plans and Programs Supervisor. This full-time role oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR plans and programs that support our organizational objectives.

Think like a master event planner: you will treat our onboarding, team-building, recognition events, and training programs as high-impact productions to plan and execute from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience building and running successful HR plans, employee programs, or corporate events from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills when handling unexpected changes.
• Excellent communication and people skills to work easily with stakeholders, vendors, and staff at all levels.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles, local employment legislation, and best practices.
• Comfortable using HR software (HRIS) and data analysis tools to track program success.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
