Job summary

GBC PHP Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Strategic HR & Payroll Manager to own the Philippine HR and payroll function while managing Australian payroll services for select clients. You will drive system improvements, ensure accuracy and compliance, and build scalable processes.

The role covers Australian client payroll end-to-end, Philippine payroll, and comprehensive HR management within a growing BPO environment. Remote work from the Philippines is supported.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years combined HR and payroll experience.
• At least 3 years of direct hands-on Australian payroll experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing end-to-end Australian payroll.
• Strong working knowledge of PAYG, STP, superannuation and employee leave entitlements.
• Experience interpreting Australian Modern Awards and payroll-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end Australian client payroll.
• Manage Philippine payroll and statutory obligations for GBC Philippines.
• Own HR management and people systems for GBC Philippines.
