Job summary

Outsourced is a leading Philippines-based offshore outsourcing company delivering dedicated remote staff to international clients. The HR & Payroll Officer will manage the full employee lifecycle and ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time across Australia and other locations.

This hands-on role suits someone autonomous, comfortable in a small yet international organisation, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while maintaining professional, scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, payroll or HR administration roles.
• Experience using Employment Hero for HR and payroll is essential.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously.
• Experience supporting a small international workforce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for employees across Australia and international locations.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy approval to employment.
• Oversee onboarding processes including documentation and system entries.
• Handle offboarding, final payroll info, and access termination.
• Support performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records in Employment Hero and SharePoint; ensure compliance.
