Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Payroll and Administration Manager to lead Australian payroll operations from the Philippines. You will oversee payroll processing, co-sign pay runs, and ensure compliance with Modern Awards, NES, superannuation, and leave entitlements.

You will direct a compliance team auditing rosters across 400+ AU locations, manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS records, and ER matters, while coaching offshore staff to maintain high standards of governance and service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AU payroll operations management experience.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian Fair Work Act and NES.
• Proven roster compliance auditing across multi-site locations.
• Experience leading offshore payroll/compliance teams in a BPO or SSC.
• Experience drafting compliant Australian employment contracts and handling ER matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing for Australia; co-sign pay runs with CFO.
• Interpret Modern Awards and conduct wage audits with updates to Fair Work rules.
• Lead a compliance team auditing rosters for 400+ AU locations for shifts, breaks, penalties and fatigue.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS records, and IR support.
• Supervise Philippines-based AU compliance team and provide coaching to Deputies.
