You will manage the full lifecycle of payroll, onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with employment and tax requirements. A proactive, autonomous candidate will thrive in a small, global organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR, payroll or HR administration role.
• Experience with Employment Hero HR and Employment Hero Payroll is essential.
• Payroll processing across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for Australia and international locations.
• Administer Employment Hero payroll and maintain employee records.
• Process payroll on time and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate recruitment and manage candidate tracking.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding of new staff.
• Oversee offboarding and final payroll adjustments.
• Support HR policy development and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports for senior management.
