Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an HR Payroll and Administration Manager to lead Australian payroll operations and compliance across a large, multi-location footprint. The role oversees payroll processing, awards interpretation, roster audits, and HR administration, with offshore support from the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of AU payroll experience, strong Fair Work Act knowledge, and proven leadership in a BPO or shared services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AU payroll & award experience.
• Deep knowledge of Australian Fair Work Act and NES.
• Roster compliance auditing across multi-site locations.
• Offshore leadership of AU payroll/compliance teams.
• Experience drafting compliant Australian employment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing by the Payroll Officer; co-sign pay runs with the CFO.
• Apply Australian Modern Awards and conduct wage audits; implement updates.
• Audit site rosters for 400+ AU locations; enforce shift, break, overtime rules.
• Draft contracts, onboard/offboard, maintain HRIS records; support PIPs and investigations.
• Oversee compliance audits for Commission Agent Agreements and contracts.
• Lead and develop the Philippines-based AU compliance team; payroll and wage deputies.
