PM Consulting is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager in Metro Manila to lead talent strategy development and partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives. This role focuses on building inclusive teams, workforce planning, and data-informed decisions with emphasis on change management and effective communication.

This senior position requires 10+ years of HR experience, strong English communication, and a proven record of influencing business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
10+ years HR experience with 3+ years in HRBP or Talent consulting.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experience in strategic workforce planning and succession.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Experience leading change management and comms initiatives.
Proficient in HR systems, especially Workday.
Strong project management and facilitation abilities.
Strategic thinker who simplifies complex issues.
Collaborative, inclusive leadership mindset.

Responsabilités

Spearhead talent strategy development and implementation for designated line of service.
Advise leadership on talent management and capability development.
Build high-performing, inclusive teams across the employee lifecycle.
Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and well-being.
Partner with leaders to enable data-informed talent decisions.
Integrate people strategy into daily operations and processes.
Champion inclusion and belonging across teams.
Use data-driven insights to shape talent strategies.
