Job summary

Philtech Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives in our Manila-area operations. You will partner with leaders to design and implement talent management, performance, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will also oversee compliance, data analytics, and reporting to drive strategic workforce decisions while fostering a positive work culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
• Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the assigned business units.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Implement and monitor performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as recognition programs, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Provide guidance and support on employee policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR risks.
• Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision‑making.
• Prepare regular reports on HR performance, workforce planning, and other relevant metrics.
