Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking an HRBP Specialist to partner with business leaders in the Philippines and align HR strategies with organizational goals. You will act as a strategic advisor supporting workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

In this role you will shape people strategies, advise on policies, design organizational structures, and coach managers on leadership and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

Strategic HR partnership with business leaders to translate objectives into HR solutions
Drive Talent Management including recruitment strategies, performance management, and succession planning
Manage Employee Relations as first point of contact for ER matters and ensure fair policy application
Oversee HR Operations & Compliance, audits, reporting, and HR metrics analysis
Identify Learning & Development needs and coach managers on leadership and people management
Promote Culture & Engagement and support DEI initiatives and employee surveys
