Job summary

Confidential in Cebu City (Danao) is seeking an HR Supervisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the commissary workforce, aligning people processes with business goals. You will lead talent planning, performance management, learning design, compensation guidance, and employee relations, while ensuring ISO standards compliance and accurate records with Corporate HR.

Onsite role with manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or account management in multinational or large-scale manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards, certification requirements, and audit processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bisaya/Cebuano is preferred.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support services to all employees in the commissary to achieve business objectives.
• Supports workforce planning by validating staffing recommendations and identifying talent gaps.
• Manages competency frameworks, aligns divisional goals with organizational targets, and conducts assessments.
• Leads planning and implementation of employee development programs with training providers and keeps comprehensive training records.
• Conducts initial job evaluations and provides guidance on compensation and benefits policies with Corporate C&B.
• Facilitates benefits, payroll, and benefits-related issue resolution to ensure smooth processes.
• Designs employee engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manages disciplinary cases and investigations with government coordination.
• Oversees HR budget utilization and ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
