Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner in Danao City, Cebu. The role delivers end-to-end HR support for commissary operations, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations to drive business goals.

Responsibilities include recruitment, learning & development, job evaluation, compensation alignment, and compliance with labor laws. Onsite role requiring local presence and Visayan/Cebuano proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Experience in multinational or large-scale manufacturing, preferably food & beverage or commissary.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management strategies.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, or capability development.
• Must be based in or willing to reside in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas.
• Must be able to speak and understand Visayan/Cebuano dialect.

• Drive performance and competency management aligning teams with objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Lead learning and development initiatives with properly documented programs.
• Conduct job evaluations and coordinate compensation/benefits alignment.
• Address compensation, payroll, and benefits-related concerns for HR service delivery.
• Implement employee engagement, wellness, and CSR programs and handle relations cases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, safety standards, and regs.
• Monitor HR budget utilization and alignment with HR plans and KPIs.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner provides end-to-end HR support to the commissary workforce to help achieve operational and business goals through effective people strategies. This role partners closely with leaders in workforce planning, talent management, employee development, and employee relations. It also ensures HR policies, programs, and compliance requirements are effectively implemented on the ground.

• Experience in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry, preferably within the food & beverage or commissary environment.

• Experience in training design, facilitation, or capability development
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Must be based in or willing to reside in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas
• Must be able to speak and understand Visayan/Cebuano dialect
