Our Clients is seeking an on-site HR Manager in Danao City, Cebu, for a full-time daytime role. You will lead talent planning, performance systems, and compliance initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across HR functions.

The role requires 4–5 years in HR business partnering within a manufacturing setting, with ISO and audit familiarity. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective stakeholder collaboration and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering or stakeholder management in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing setup.
• Deep familiarity with manufacturing ISO standards, accreditation requirements, and audit processes.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills with a track record of enhancing talent management strategies.
• Location: must reside in or have family connections to Danao City, Cebu, or adjacent municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Validate staffing recommendations and identify talent gaps to support workforce planning.
• Align divisional goals with business targets and manage competency frameworks and assessments.
• Lead candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, coordinating onboarding with internal departments.
• Oversee employee development programs, maintain training records, and ensure training system compliance.
• Conduct initial job evaluations and provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies in collaboration with Corporate C&B.
• Facilitate benefit availments and respond to payroll or benefit-related inquiries efficiently.
• Design employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives; manage disciplinary investigations; ensure labor law compliance.
• Oversee HR budget utilization and enforce workplace safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Supply Planning: Validate staffing recommendations, identify organizational talent gaps, and build external talent partnerships to support workforce planning.
• Performance & Competency Management: Align divisional goals with business targets, manage competency frameworks, and facilitate employee assessments.
• Assessment & Selection: Lead candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, while coordinating with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
• Learning Design & Development: Oversee employee development programs, maintain training records, and enforce training system compliance with corporate HR and external providers.
• Job Evaluation & Policy Clarification: Conduct initial job evaluations, coordinate with Corporate C&B, and provide clear guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
• C&B Delivery & Issue Resolution: Facilitate benefit availments and resolve payroll or benefit-related inquiries efficiently.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Design employee engagement, wellness, and CSR initiatives; manage disciplinary investigations; and ensure labor law compliance.
• HR Financials & Compliance: Oversee HR budget utilization and enforce adherence to workplace safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
