Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide strategic HRBP support for Central Operations and the Continuous Improvement teams. You will drive workforce data management, compliance, policy development, and talent development to enable safer, more efficient operations.

The role focuses on analytics, audits, and policy implementation, partnering with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and TE's Operational Advantage program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist with exposure to Talent Development, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Data/People Analytics.
• Proven ability to drive talent development programs aligned with business goals.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and its practical HR application.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Data Management: maintain accurate workforce data and analytics for strategic decision-making and headcount/talent metrics.
• HR Compliance & Audit Readiness: monitor compliance with labor laws and policies; prepare audit documentation and corrective actions.
• Policy Creation & Implementation: draft, review, and update HR policies; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Talent Development: identify skill gaps, create development plans, support training and TE Operational Advantage programs.
• Strategic HR Support: provide HRBP support to Central Operations and coordinate with Talent Acquisition to meet manpower needs.
