Job summary

The HR Business Partner role in Philippines partners with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will formulate country-specific HR policies, lead workforce planning, manage change programs, and provide expert HR consultation to country leadership while ensuring compliant operations and a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR business partnering or generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate country HR policies aligned with 2X HR strategy and collaborate with other HR teams.
• Coordinate country HR initiatives with Country Management teams and set implementation timelines.
• Drive workforce shaping and planning to support business strategy and long-term demand planning.
• Manage large-scale, complex change programs for business strategy implementation.
• Provide expert HR consultation to Country Management teams and senior leadership.
• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and training.
• Ensure reliable, compliant, and secure HR operations.
• Foster inclusive and diverse workplaces and coach leaders.
• Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams for continuous improvement processes.
