Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Ilocos Region operations. The role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering end-to-end HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and policy implementation.

The candidate will drive people initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a high-performing workforce, including coaching, change initiatives, and data-driven HR decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and core HR functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Willing to travel extensively within Ilocos Region as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, and other HR functions.
• Lead HR projects and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Conduct coaching, training, and HR interventions for managers and employees.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend data-driven solutions to improve workforce performance.
