DYNINNO PHILIPPINES INC. is hiring an HR Business Partner in Cebu City to serve as a strategic advisor and employee champion, aligning people strategies with business goals and supporting organizational change.

The role focuses on driving engagement, retention, and well-being while ensuring operational efficiency, with rotating night and day shifts as needed. A strong HR background and knowledge of Philippine labor law are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related management field
• 2–3 years of proven people management experience in supervision or leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law
• Able to interact with and influence teams and leaders
• Willing to work rotating schedule including night and day shifts
