Job summary

Dyninno Philippines Inc. is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Cebu City to serve as a strategic advisor, aligning people initiatives with business goals.

You will lead engagement, retention, and well-being programs while ensuring operational efficiency and supporting organizational change. The role requires 2–3 years in people management, strong communication, and solid knowledge of Philippine labor law.

Qualifications

• College graduate with specialization in Industrial Relations, Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or management related courses.
• Proven experience in people management of at least 2 to 3 years in supervision or leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong background and knowledge of Philippine labor law.
• Has shown good skills in handling and interacting with teams and leaders.
• Can communicate and handle work related issues with good analytical mindset.
