Teradyne Philippines Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Partner for Employee Services, Employee Relations, and Compliance to support our people in the Cebu site.

The role will combine generalist duties with a focus on regulatory adherence, audits, and the implementation of HR policies. You will collaborate with managers to drive engagement, manage crises, and lead wellbeing programs while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Competenze

• Graduate of a behavioral science degree or the equivalent.
• 8–10 years proven experience in labor relations, employee services, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with data privacy, discipline management, conflicts and grievances.
• Experience in internal and external audits.
• Maintaining and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Data gathering, reporting, databases, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
