Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a growing organization in the Philippines.

The role partners with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, HR policies, and HR operations. The successful candidate will ensure HR programs align with business goals while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR business partnering.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience partnering with business leaders in a high-growth, dynamic, shared services, healthcare services, BPO, or multinational environment.
• Proven experience in organizational growth, change management, workforce planning, and HR program implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, workforce analytics, and HR process improvement.
• Strong business acumen, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Open to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule and on-site until the operation Go-Live/ Stabilization Period

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with managers and leaders in handling workplace concerns, disciplinary cases, and performance-related matters.
• Support employee experience initiatives including onboarding, recognition, development, and retention.
• Assist with talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary reviews, and merit increases.
• Partner with HR Operations on employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping, leave, onboarding, and employee records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee practices.
• Provide HR guidance to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, labor compliance, and change management.
• Review HR data, workforce trends, employee feedback, and HR metrics to provide recommendations to management.
• Support HRIS adoption, employee self-service, process improvements, reporting, and overall HR service delivery.
