Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering HR guidance and solutions aligned with organizational goals and performance. The role drives people initiatives across talent, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders to forecast workforce needs, align HR with objectives, guide organizational design, and support succession planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive HR experience; 2–3 years as HRBP or HR Generalist supporting business units.
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, OD, and talent management.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
• Support full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, career development.
• Coordinate with managers to implement performance management processes and talent reviews.
• Promote a positive employee experience and healthy workplace culture.
• Monitor employee engagement trends and recommend improvements.
