Dover Business Services (DBS) in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to streamline HR processes, design strategies, and drive performance globally. DBS operates across the globe including locations in the Philippines, China, Romania and India to maximize service delivery.

You will partner with line managers to implement policies, conduct compensation benchmarking, and analyze HR data for continuous planning and improvement in line with global guidelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• At least 6 years in a generalist HR role with offshore BPO/IT/Shared Services experience.
• Minimum 4 years as an HR Business Partner.

Responsabilidades

• Streamline HR processes across end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and process maps.
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on policies, compensation, and incentives.
• Analyze HR data and reports for planning and improvement.
• Facilitate performance and compensation reviews per global guidelines.
• Implement new compensation and benefits programs.
• Benchmark total compensation and market trends.
• Partner with functions to support employee development and compliance.
• Monitor training programs and ensure objectives met.
• Enhance morale, productivity, retention, and engagement.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
