Job summary

You will oversee compensation and benefits, maintain HR records, and partner with managers to support workforce planning and organizational development. A CHRP/PHR is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippines employment laws and compliance.
• Proven recruitment, employee relations and talent management expertise.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits and payroll administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and grievance handling.
• Design and deliver employee training and development programmes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration and payroll compliance.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with line managers on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle confidential HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
