Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support the company's business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Lead, manage, mentor and develop the HR team, providing guidance on best practices and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent across all levels.
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, investigations, and promoting a healthy environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive packages and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver training and development programmes to support employee growth and career progression.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions.
• Manage performance management systems and conduct regular reviews to drive employee engagement and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify organisational needs and provide strategic HR recommendations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and implement effective HR information systems and reporting.
