Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources department.

The role requires 10 to 15 total years of progressive HR experience, with strong leadership, compliance, and employee development expertise. The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions, develop strategic HR plans, and ensure compliance with local labor laws while driving employee engagement and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years in supervisory or 3 years in managerial HR role with labor law & compliance knowledge.
• Strong leadership to develop and motivate HR teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with employees and management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance evaluation and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
