• Ability to craft and analyze data to influence decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: align HR initiatives with business goals to build capacity, sustainability, and workforce readiness.
• Employee Relations & Morale: resolve complex employee relations, boost morale, and drive talent retention.
• Performance & Talent Management: oversee appraisals, drive engagement, and support succession planning for key roles.
• HR Operations & Governance: ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR metrics, and enforce company policies.
• Leadership: coach and manage the HR team to meet SLAs and project deadlines.
