Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an HR Manager with at least five years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities, to lead our HR functions in Clark, Pampanga. The role focuses on recruitment, training, employee relations and payroll compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws, HR metrics and HR systems, plus experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or semiconductor environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five years of HR experience with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, data analysis and HR metrics, and HR software systems.
• Proven ability in managing full-cycle recruitment, performance evaluations and employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including acquiring, training and compensating employees and addressing concerns.
• Hire and place qualified employees to meet manpower needs within target timeframes.
• Manage performance systems, determine employment status and report ratings and promotions.
• Monitor training needs and facilitate trainings to upgrade skills and behavior.
• Recognize employee contributions through awards and recognition programs.
• Update and amend HR policies as required by the company.
• Represent HR during internal and external audits.
• Oversee compensation and benefits in compliance with labor laws.
