• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to handle confidential information.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Monitor employee performance and implement performance evaluation programs.
• Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and other personnel‑related documents.
• Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
