Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a senior HR Manager to lead all human resources functions at our Clark, Pampanga site.

You will manage recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws while driving people development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a strong background in HR metrics, supervision, and policy management with a focus on timely, fair decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Five years of HR experience with three years in supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR metrics, and HR software systems.
• Proven ability in managing full-cycle recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions (acquiring, training, and compensating employees and attending to their concerns), managing, motivating, and developing employees for the benefit of the organization.
• Hiring & Placement: Ensures recruitment procedures are carried out efficiently and meet manpower requests within target time.
• Performance System Management: Monitor performance ratings and determine employment status based on results.
• Personnel Assignment: Monitor employee progress and reflect changes in the organization chart.
• Training and award programs; update policies; audit representation; manage compensation & benefits; employee relations and HR reporting.
