Job summary

You will ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, manage payroll coordination and benefits, strengthen employee relations, and design training programs to boost workforce efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field.
• Extensive HR leadership experience within manufacturing industries.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and Philippine labor laws.
• Act as advisor to management and plant workers; resolve grievances and foster positive culture.
• Supervise payroll processing, benefits administration, and salary structuring.
• Identify training needs and design programs to upskill workforce efficiency.
