Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is hiring an HR Manager with 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will develop and implement HR policies, oversee recruitment, handling employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management. The role requires strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, excellent leadership, and the ability to manage confidential information, in Rosario, Cavite, at a salary ₱35,000–₱40,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Monitor employee performance and implement performance evaluation programs.
• Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and other personnel-related documents.
• Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
