Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks a seasoned HR professional in the Philippines to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience across recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.

The role focuses on policy development, labor-law compliance, staff records, and partnerships with department heads to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years' HR experience.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE requirements, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership and integrity; ability to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and programs compliant with labor laws.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition through various sourcing channels.
• Improve employee experience with engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational goals.
• Guide managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate administration of compensation, benefits, and HR records.
• Monitor HR metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Plan and implement training and development programs to enhance skills and leadership.
• Conduct regular audits of HR files and compliance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies and external partners.
• Stay updated on HR trends and workplace compliance requirements.
• Promote a professional, inclusive, and positive work environment.
• Recommend process improvements aligned with business needs.
