Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig is seeking an HR Leader to oversee the on-site HR department. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

You will supervise the HR team, implement compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.
• At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Responsible for supervising day-to-day HR operations and ensuring effective implementation of compensation and benefits, talent development, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance programs.
• Provides leadership to the HR team and ensures policy/procedure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
