Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance reviews.
• Strong spoken and written English with leadership-level communication.
• Demonstrated initiative, prioritization, and ability to streamline workflows with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy with standard business software such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Excel, and AppFolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR team, overseeing day-to-day HR operations and staff development.
• Own internal HR processes, payroll coordination, and system setups (Google Workspace, Drive, AppFolio, Ramp, 3CX).
• Develop scalable, compliant HR policies and SOPs; drive process improvements to reduce friction.
