Drive successful, timely and accurate execution of various HR services such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits management, employee disciplinary actions, employee concerns / grievances and resolution through the development of relevant programs and process improvements.
Orchestrate high-impact HR operations and service delivery models, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability.
Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative HR Operations related programs that drive organizational transformation and achieve key departmental strategic objectives.
Conduct deep-dive organizational analysis to identify systemic challenges and opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations that enhance operational excellence and support long-term business strategy.
Partner with business unit leaders to co-create and deploy strategic human capital plans that directly enable business growth and operational efficiency.
Act as the HR Lead for new business ventures, providing strategic HR oversight, organizational design, and change management support during incubation and integration phases.
Lead, manage and coach Team Members of HR Operations.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all existing HR Policies and Process and answer queries of Team Leaders and Team Members in relation to these matters.
Prepare a clear and concise visualization of the status of HR deliverables through monthly reports and provide updates as may be requested by the management.
Ensure timely communication from People and CSS Team to BU (and vice versa) of any advisory which would affect the operations of the assigned BU.
At least ten (10) years of HR experience with exposure in the different facets of HR.
At least five (5) years in a managerial capacity.
At least five (5) years exposure to manpower intensive organizations (with minimum FTE of 1,000 pax).
With exposure to the following fast-paced industries: construction and engineering, maintenance services, equipment rentals and analogous industries.
With proven experience in managing a large team / group (at least 20 Team Members).
In-depth understanding of various HR processes and policies such as talent acquisition, talent attraction, compensation and benefits management, employee disciplinary actions, employee concerns / grievances resolution and technical training.
Advanced understanding of the organization's business model and market landscape to proactively design HR strategies that influence and drive business performance.
Capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Ability to lead organizational design, change management, and cultural integration efforts to support business growth and evolving operational needs.
Any Bachelor's Degree preferably with Master's Degree or HR Certification.
