The role requires experience in HR, strong partnership skills, and a focus on AGILE practices within a dynamic environment. You will engage across departments and represent Sprout Solutions in industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in human resources or related field, preferably in a creative environment.
• Creative solutions and authentic partnership with business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies and DOLE standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; agile, millennial-driven environment.

• Lead the People Operations team to carry out HR operational activities.
