Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks an experienced HR Department Head to drive organizational effectiveness. This senior role leads talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and labor relations to align HR with business objectives.

The incumbent will shape HR strategies, policies and programs, foster a high‑performing workforce, and uphold governance and compliance across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience covering all major HR functions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound judgment with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of budgeting, governance, risk management, compliance, sustainability, and labor regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Talent Acquisition, workforce planning and build talent pipelines.
• Develop and manage Training & Development programs and budgets; evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop and implement Performance Management System aligned with goals.
• Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions and the Table of Organization.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs; conduct salary reviews.
• Ensure payroll concerns and employee issues are resolved promptly.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations; represent the company in labor proceedings.
• Lead employee discipline, performance counseling, and grievance resolution for supervisory and managerial employees.
