Confidential Careers seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join its site leadership team as a trusted advisor and culture champion. You will balance organizational design with hands-on labor relations leadership to keep operations agile, compliant, and high performing.

You will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession while stewarding a robust performance management framework across the site.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of comprehensive HR experience including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management and Succession Planning.
• Proven leadership in Labor & Employee Relations, including CBA negotiations.
• 5+ years in supervisory/managerial HR roles within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner on site leadership team to align people strategies with operations goals.
• Lead labor relations initiatives, negotiate CBAs, resolve grievances, and foster a proactive climate.
• Advise management on organizational design, workforce planning and site policies.
• Drive culture programs to boost engagement, retention, and performance.
• Oversee talent development, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Manage calibration and performance processes to align with strategic milestones.
• Continuously refine HR service delivery to match fast-paced site operations.
