Job summary

cxperts is seeking an HR Manager for a fast-paced BPO environment in the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll inputs, and HR operations to maintain workforce stability and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of HR experience in BPO/ITES, strong leadership, and expertise in HRIS and recruitment tools. This position requires adaptability to shift patterns and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO/ITES industry.
• Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and attrition management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and HR operations.
• Support high-volume hiring, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive performance appraisal processes and support managers with KPIs and underperformance.
• Ensure payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams as HR business partner.
• Provide HR insights and reports to leadership.
