Qualifications

• Preferably in Human Resources related course.
• 7-10 years’ experience as HRBP with at least 5-7 years at Manager capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate plans for HR matters such as compensation and benefits.
• Support performance evaluation, staffing, and training strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for employment relations with labor unions.
• Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
• Analyze data and report to senior management using HR metrics.
• Oversee HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws.
• Experience in BPO industry standards required.
