Job summary

Drugmaker's Laboratories, Inc. in Laguna is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead planning, organizing, and controlling HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and manpower planning.

The role requires strategic sourcing, disciplined hiring, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Based in San Pedro Laguna, the position is full-time and in-person, with duties spanning government relations and employee programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or HRM.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial HR experience.
• Strong managerial, leadership, coaching, mentoring and situational assessment skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work with all levels.
• Strong judgment, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Strong analytical skills; translate strategy into operational model.
• Effective communicator at all levels (oral/written).
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned in San Pedro Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements strategic sourcing partnerships and programs to ensure the availability of qualified candidates at the right time.
• Implements screening and assessment processes to hire the best candidates for a given vacancy.
• Ensures hiring aligns with corporate values and ethical hiring practices.
• Develops and implements HR Policies and Procedures and Company Rules & Regulations; ensures adherence; promotes professionalism and discipline.
• Conducts counseling and progressive discipline; terminates per due process and Labor Code when needed.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory issues and evaluates implications for compliance.
• Maintains harmonious relationships with government agencies (DOLE, NLRC) and monitors pending labor cases.
• Provides leadership for company-wide employee programs and ensures budget adherence.
