Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations and disciplinary cases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company's overall HR operations.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and performance evaluation.
• Establish and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE requirements.
• Conduct employee investigations and recommend appropriate action.
• Develop performance management and employee accountability programs.
• Work closely with Management and department heads on employee and manpower concerns.
