Job summary

Curran Daly & Associates seeks Head of HR for our pharmaceutical manufacturing site(s) in Laguna. You will oversee all people operations, balancing plant HR needs with long-term workforce strategies to ensure compliance, safety, and high performance.

Responsibilities include regulatory alignment with FDA/cGMP, shift planning, safety, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and labor relations. A strategic leader who can engage executives and floor staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR teams in pharma or highly regulated manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of cGMP guidelines, labor laws, and safety standards.
• Strong ability to manage shift-based personnel and engage executives and floor staff.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; professional HR certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all people operations for pharmaceutical manufacturing site(s).
• Ensure regulatory alignment with FDA, cGMP, and local safety rules.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and mandatory compliance training.
