Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager (Head) to lead HR strategy, policies, and practices across the organization.

The role focuses on attracting top talent, strengthening employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering data-driven insights, and overseeing performance management, compensation, and training. Relocation to San Pablo, Laguna is required. You will partner with leadership to drive engagement and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR labor laws, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
• Must be willing to work or relocate in San Pablo, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and workplace issues
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Support business growth through effective employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies
• Oversee the implementation of HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high employee performance
• Review and improve compensation structures and benefits programs
• Identify training needs and oversee the design and execution of development programs
• Provide management with data-driven insights and decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and all relevant HR regulations
