Ayala Malls seeks an HR Manager to lead HR, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance across its mall network. The role partners with mall leaders to align people strategies with service culture and business goals.

The position emphasizes workforce planning, learning & development, and a high‑performance culture, with hands‑on leadership supporting both frontline teams and back‑office staff in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience, with 3-4 years in a managerial role
• Experience in retail, mall operations, hospitality, or property management preferred
• Strong knowledge HR Policies and Operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with leaders

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives and service culture.
• Act as a strategic partner to organization's leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture across all departments.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for operations and admin roles.
• Collaborate with operations team to anticipate staffing needs of the entertainment team.
• Manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, job offer and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct investigations and ensure fair, consistent handling and execution of disciplinary actions.
• Handles payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR data and records management.
• Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits structure and practices.
• Prepare HR reports such as analytics, manpower dashboards and org health for management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and creation of company policies.
• Manage interactions with government agencies, audits, and inspections.
• Implement and monitor performance management processes and cyclical appraisal.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to enhance skills and service excellence.
• Develop and Implement leadership development and succession planning initiatives..
• HR Manager is expected to demonstrate flexibility, taking on cross-functional responsibilities and exemplifies hands‑on leadership in all aspects of the business
