Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of HR experience in a corporate or mall environment.
• Experience driving recruitment, onboarding, and learning plans.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, and labor relations.

• Supports mall operations by executing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
