Job summary

You will drive talent engagement, coordinate performance processes, and ensure a compliant and efficient recruitment workflow across groups.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment planning and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of manpower forecasting and employer branding desirable.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.
• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration and readiness.
• Monitors performance management activities and coordinates timely completion of appraisals and documentation.
• Addresses employee concerns, facilitates engagement programs, and supports a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinates training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.
