Job summary

Inspire Brands Asia in the Philippines seeks an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR for the Philippine business, covering head office and site teams, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policy from hiring through separation.

You will partner with management on manpower planning, oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations and policy development, and drive a culture of engagement and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• At least eight years in HR, including three years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development, manpower planning, performance management, HR administration & labor relations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• HR business partnering and manpower planning with business leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from requisition through onboarding and regularization.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, investigations and disciplinary cases.
• Develop and implement HR policies, handbook and guidelines across the business.
• Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, leave administration and government-mandated benefits.
• Provide timely HR reports and lead the HR team.
