Inspire Brands Asia in the Philippines seeks an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for the Philippine business, covering head office and site teams. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policy from hiring through separation, and partner with management on manpower planning.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations and policy development, driving a culture of engagement and risk mitigation across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in leading HR operations
• Familiar with Philippine labor laws and compliance
