Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an HR Supervisor/Manager to oversee recruitment, manpower forecasting, and employee data accuracy, and to implement new hire orientation and recognition programs. The role also supervises compensation, benefits, and attendance policies, handles sensitive inquiries, and ensures legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in HR supervision/management with proficiency in all facets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hiring of qualified applicants; collaborates with managers to define required skills.
• Forecasts manpower needs.
• Maintains accuracy of employee database.
• Implements new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Supervises HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, and performance management.
• Handles employment inquiries and complex matters.
• Represents the company before DOLE/NLRC/SENA as needed.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keeps up with HR trends and technology.
• Monitors fixed assets and office maintenance; supervises utility staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
